The Management Board of Unimot S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, announces that it has received a notification of a transaction in the Issuer’s shares, sent pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, from a person discharging managerial responsibilities, Mr – Isaac Querub, Member of the Supervisory Board.
