Personal data protection

Personal data is processed by Unimot Bitumen sp. z o.o. in compliance with the applicable legal status, in particular with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).Contact in all matters related to the processing of personal data is possible at the email address: odo1@unimot.pl or in writing at the address of the registered office of Unimot Bitumen sp. z o.o. with the note “Personal data protection”.

Principles of personal data processing for marketing purposes

  4. to fulfill legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) imposed on Unimot Bitumen,
  5. to implement the legitimate interest of Unimot Bitumen consisting in the possible determination orpursuit of claims or defense against claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  6. Personal data will be transferred to:
  7. entities providing Unimot Bitumen with services required to achieve the purpose for which the data is processed, such as advertising and marketing services, legal services;
  8. providers of IT systems and IT services (including hosting, service and programming companies);
  9. entities from the Unimot Capital Group.
  10. Personal data will be processed until:
  11. withdrawal of consent;
  12. expiry of mutual claims in the event of data processed based on the legitimate interest of Unimot Bitumen.
  13. You have the right to: access your data and request data rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing. To exercise the said rights, an appropriate application shall be sent to the Data Protection Inspector.
  14. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) should you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  15. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive messages of a specific nature.

Principles of processing of personal data of persons who receive commercial offer

  6. entities providing Unimot Bitumen with services required to take actions aimed at entering into theagreement, such as accounting, invoicing and agreements settlements, agency in entering into agreements, legal services, credit agencies, insurance agencies, companies verifying and providing collaterals for trade limits;
  7. providers of IT systems and IT services (including hosting, service and programming companies);
  8. entities from the Unimot Capital Group.
  9. Personal data will be processed:
  10. for the time required to enter into the agreement;
  11. in the event of entering into the agreement – for the term of the agreement;
  12. until filing a complaint. In the event of data processed under legitimate interest of Unimot Butimen.
  13. You have the right to: access your data and request data rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing. To exercise the said rights, an appropriate application shall be sent to the Data Protection Inspector.
  14. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) should you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  15. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to enter into the agreement and take the relevant actions. Failure to provide personal data required by Unimot Bitumen makes it impossible to enter into the agreement and take actions aimed at entering into one.

Period of personal data processing may be extended by the period of prescription of claims should personal data processing be required by Unimot Bitumen to pursue possible claims or defend against claims. Following such term, data will be processed only within the scope and for the time required by provisions of law, including accountancy regulations; in the event of entering into the agreement – by the term of the agreement;
